Cask No. 7.228 11 – 15 years From the shadows now emergedCask No. 7. 228 Say it with nettles Speyside, Lossie A delicate nose of soft, ripe orchard fruits, calvados, gooseberry cordial, elderflower champagne and runny honey. A crisp grassy and nettley zing as well. With a splash of water theres custard, marsala wine, rosewater, blossoms, herbal teas, poire william, marshmallow teacakes and bay leaf. To taste it is initially herby and fresh with chopped parsley, herbal toothpaste and sorrel. Then fruitier
